This is a quick and easy as it comes! Just throw it in the crock pot and forget it until meal time. Serve with a tossed or pasta salad, some fresh fruit or veggies and you're done!
Preparation level: Adult supervision — hot pot involved
Put the roast in crock pot or slow cooker and pour barbeque sauce over it. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Just before serving, use two forks to pull the meat apart into shreds. Serve on open-face hamburger buns.
Option: 1 hour before serving, add chopped green peppers, diced onions or sliced celery to meat mixture for some added veggie nutrition. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
